Autumn and Halloween home decoration tips and ideas
Do you make any changes to your home for the start of autumn or decorate for Halloween? At this time of year there are many boring but necessary jobs such as clearing drains, having the chimney swept, checking the boiler or ordering logs but a few small changes to your home styling can help you create a home sanctuary that feels inviting and nurturing. Here we’ve shared some ideas and inspiration to get you started:
Bring the Outside In
Gather pine cones, acorns, apples, squashes, pumpkins and seasonal branches to decorate your table and fireplace. Take a look here for inspiration. Pick your favourites for decorations – they last a while and can then be used to make delicious autumn soups, salads and stews.
Dress the Table
You don’t need to wait for a dinner party to dress the table.
