Simply mix 60ml lime cordial, 60ml elderflower cordial, 3 drops of orange-blossom water and 250ml ice-cold soda water and serve in a champagne flute or coupe. If it’s one of the few weeks that elderflowers are in bloom you can also top with a sprig of blossom.

The fragrance of Summer Rising Hand Sanitiser was inspired by Cornish Hedgerows in early summer, which at the first hint of sunshine erupt with a froth of scented elderflower blossom while gooseberries begin to colour and swell as they ripen.
